<p>Spot welding machine has electrodes mounted in tong-like electrode arms which are adjustable, one electrode arm for opening and closing electrodes being hinged on the machine frame. Electrode pressure is generated by a hinged cam which can rotate on the swivelling electrode arm. The swivelling electrode arm has a pressure roller pressed against it under spring tension in the direction of the cam on the opposite side to the electrodes, and the pressure roller is mounted in a guide to cooperate with the cam, and its spacing can be regulated.</p> |
