METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING LOCAL ELECTRODE OF SOLAR CELL AND LOCAL ELECTRODE MANUFACTURED BY THE SAME

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a local electrode of a solar cell and the local electrode manufactured thereby are provided to accurately form a contact hole by using a solvent which includes a metal paste. CONSTITUTION: A metal paste is coated on a silicon substrate(100) by using a screen printing method. The metal paste is firstly dried. A device layer(102) of a solar cell is formed in the substrate including the dried metal paste. The metal paste is removed from the substrate. A contact hole(103) is formed between the device layers. A back contact electrode(104) is formed on the device layer.
