<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for mending the electrode plate of an electric dust collector, which properly copes with partial deterioration and damage of an element in the electrode plate, and suppresses rise of a construction cost in its replacement work. <P>SOLUTION: An engineering method for mending the electrode plate of the electric dust collector includes: a process for providing an opening at the ceiling surface of a casing in the electric dust collector; a process for detaching only an element to be replaced from the electrode plate, with a part of elements constituting the electrode plate as the element to be replaced, and carrying the detached element out of the opening; and a process for assembling new elements of the same number as the elements to be replaced to the electrode plate after being carried in from the opening. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
