<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell module capable of suppressing occurrence of distortion caused by an end part of an output conductor connected to a bus bar electrode and accumulation of internal stress, and provide a method of manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: A solar cell 15 disposed on an end part of a solar cell string 16 is connected to a bus bar electrode 20 disposed along the solar cell 15 (a rear face conductive layer 13) though a cell connection part 21. The bus bar electrode 20 is connected to a connection part 22c (an end part of an output conductor 22) of the output conductor 22 disposed along an extension direction of the solar cell string 16 though a conductor connection part 23. An insulation film 24 is disposed between the output conductor 22 and the solar cell 15 (the rear face conductive layer 13), a film thickness Tr of the insulation film 24 is larger than a distance Dis from the rear face conductive layer 13 to the output conductor 22 (the connection part 22c). A height Ht1 of the connection part 22c from the solar cell 15 is smaller than a height Ht2 of the output conductor 22 at the part where the insulation film 24 is disposed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
