PURPOSE: A monitoring device for a vehicle is provided to monitor the internal state of a vehicle regardless of engine specifications or the manufacturers of each part in the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A monitoring device for a vehicle(100) comprises an OBD(On Board Diagnostics) terminal(120), an USB terminal(150), a control part(130), and a storage part(140). The OBD terminal is connected to an OBD connector(230) of the vehicle. The USB terminal is connected to an USB storage device. The control part provides data on the vehicle's status receiving from the OBD terminal to a display. The control part processes the data on the vehicle's status with customized data and provides the processed data on the vehicle's status onto the display. The control part stores the data on the vehicle's status. The storage part stores the data on the vehicle status.
