PURPOSE: A bearing assembly and a motor including the same are provided to minimize power consumption of a motor and to maximize the hardness of a bearing. CONSTITUTION: A first magnet(112) is prepared in a shaft(110). A sleeve(120) supports the shaft. A second magnet(122) is prepared in the sleeve. A second magnet faces a first magnet. A yoke portion(130) is combined with one of the first magnet and the second magnet to increase the flux density between the second magnet and the first magnet. A flux guide portion(115) of the yoke portion is extended between the first magnet and the second magnet.
