PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform notification of a disaster etc. more quickly and efficiently than before. SOLUTION: A disaster information notification control device 1 is provided with; a disaster report reception part 101 which receives a report of a disaster event; a notification content decision part 102 which decides a notification object person who is a target of notification of the disaster event and the notification content; a notification instruction part 104 which instructs an email server 21 etc. to perform notification of the disaster event to the decided notification object person; a disaster notification history table TD1 which stores the disaster notification log data 7D1 which indicates the disaster event which is notified and the target person of the notification; and a duplicate notification discrimination part 103 which discriminates an already notified person to whom the notification of the disaster event is already given based on other reports based on the disaster notification log data 7D1. The notification instruction part 104 is made not to perform notification about the same disaster event to the person who is discriminated by the duplicate notification discrimination part 103 as the person who is already notified.
