<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the man hours for attaching a wiring tool, holding electric wires in a predetermined form and protecting the electric wires, to the electric wires and also reduce the space and the weight of a wire harness. <P>SOLUTION: A wiring tool 10 includes a base part 1 and a cover part 2 which are formed into plate shapes having protrusions and recesses and are assembled to each other with electric wires 9 sandwiched therebetween. The base part 1 has: a wiring part 11, facing a wiring space, in which a partition to divide the wiring space is not formed; a first step part 12 standing along an outer edge of the wiring part 11; a first frame part 13 forming an outer edge part of the base part 1; and electric wire fixing parts 14, 15, located at parts of the first frame part 13, to which the electric wires 9 are fixed. The cover part 2 has: a facing wall part 21 facing the wiring part 11 across the wiring space; a second step part 22 which stands along an outer edge of the facing wall part 21 toward the opposite side of the base part 1 side; and second frame parts 23 forming outer edge parts of the cover part 2.
