<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition or the like for suppressing an expression of a target gene. <P>SOLUTION: The composition comprises an RNA-encapsulated liposome which comprises complex particles and a lipid membrane for coating the complex particles, the complex particle comprising, as constituent components, a lead particle and an RNA including a sequence of 15 to 30 contiguous bases of a target gene mRNA and a sequence complementary to the above sequence. The composition includes a liquid containing a polar organic solvent in which the constituent components of the lipid membrane can be dissolved, the liquid containing the polar organic solvent in such a concentration that the constituent components of the lipid membrane can be dispersed and the composite particles can be dispersed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
