A TFT substrate (2) comprises: an insulation substrate (20); a source wiring (17) and a thin-film transistor (5) which are disposed upon the insulation substrate (20); a first insulation film (21) which is disposed to cover the source wiring (17) and the thin-film transistor (5); a common electrode (22) which is disposed upon the first insulation film (21) and wherein a through hole (7) is formed in a region in a plan view which overlaps with the source wiring (17); a second insulation film (23) which is disposed to cover the common electrode (22); and a pixel electrode (14) which is disposed upon the second insulation film (23) and which is connected to the thin-film transistor (5).
