<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delivery system for delivering active agents to a subject, which can provide various biodegradation and delivery rates. <P>SOLUTION: The delivery system uses a preformed biodegradable polymer composition represented by a formula of I-(-X-LM-G)n [wherein X is a bifunctional polyoxyethylene chain portion or bond ; LM is a bifunctional connecting part represented by -C(O)-, -(CH2)bC(O)- (b is an integer of 1 to 5), -C(O)-(CH<SB POS="POST">2</SB>)c-C(O)- (c is an integer of 2 to 10) or -C(O)-O-(CH<SB POS="POST">2</SB>)d-O-C(O)- (d is an integer of 2 to 10)]; G is a leaving group such as N-oxysuccinimidyl ; and I is a multifunctional connecting part induced from a multnucleophilic compound, and is a crosslinked albumin desolvated at least partially. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
