PURPOSE: An elevator control device is provided to prevent unnecessary power consumption by deciding the stop and pass of an elevator using elevator platform images taken by a camera. CONSTITUTION: An elevator control device comprises a platform button(11), a camera(13), a chroma transform part(21), a counting part(22), and a driving control part(23). The camera is installed outside an elevator to take an image of platform for first time and second time. The chroma transform part transmits the image, taken in the first time, into first chroma image data. The chroma transform part changes the second image, taken in the second time, into second chroma image data. The counting part counts the number of first pixel including a designated specific color chroma of the first chroma image data. The counting part counts the number of second pixel including a designated specific color chroma of the second chroma image data. |
