AIR CONDITIONER FOR VEHICLE

PURPOSE: An air conditioner of a vehicle is provided to improve the heat exchanging performance without expanding a capacity of a storage tank more efficiently and to improve the heat exchanging performance of a thermal medium by installing heat exchanging members in the inside of the storage tank. CONSTITUTION: An air conditioner of a vehicle comprises an air conditioning case, an evaporator(24), a heater core, a flow rate controlling valve, a circulating pump, and a storage tank(27). The evaporator and the heater core are installed in the inside of the air condition case along an air flowing direction in consecutive order. The flow rate controlling valve is installed in between inlet and outlet pipes and a cooling pipe, thereby controlling a flow rate of cooling water circulating the heater core from an engine. The circulating pump circulates the cooling water in the inside of the heater core. The storage tank comprises a surface contacting portion(130) where the evaporator face-contacts, thereby performing a heat exchange of a heat medium.
