PURPOSE: A detachable hand grip for holding objects is provided to maintain the vacuum condition according to given power for the convenience of a user. CONSTITUTION: A detachable hand grip comprises; a container(20), a filling for the container, and a sealed part in the container(40). A body of the container comprises: the edge of two flexible resin materials; and a button on the center formed by a high frequency wave, an ultrasonic wave, or by heat-sealing. The edge of resin materials is opened after being filled with the filling, and is closed to form the sealed part. The button allows a user to grip the hand grip and form a donut shape for space.
