PURPOSE: A vegetation block and a retaining wall using the same are provided to remarkably improve the rigidity of the retaining wall by securely coupling the vegetation blocks to a slope. CONSTITUTION: A vegetation block(100) comprises front and rear surfaces(101,103), right and left surfaces(105,107), top and bottom surfaces, and multiple soil filling portions. The front surface is curved in an arched shape, and multiple native rock patterns(102) are formed thereon. The rear surface is flat and has a narrower width than the front surface. An assembling protrusion(115) is formed on the right surface, and an assembling groove(117) is formed on the left surface. The soil filling portions are divided into a pair of front soil filling portions(111,112) and a pair of rear soil filling portions(113,114) by compartment walls(121,122,123). |
