PURPOSE: A substrate assembly, an electronic component testing device, and a water jacket are provided to reduce the size of the electronic device testing device by inserting the water jacket between a first substrate and a second substrate to be commonly shared. CONSTITUTION: A testing module(20) includes a first pin electronics card(21), a second pin electronics card(22), and a central water jacket(23). The central water jacket is inserted between the first pin electronics card and the second pin electronics card and is closely adhered to a fist inner cylindrical surface(212) of the first pin electronics card which faces the second pin electronics card. The central water jacket is closely adhered to a second inner surface(222) of the second pin electronics card which faces the first pin electronics card.
