The bearing plate includes side walls to be in contact and support and/or to be fixed with side portions of the shoe at its base, and an extension extending outside the side walls. The bearing plate is positioned, centered and/or fixed with respect to the sole of the shoe, where the bearing plate is movable relative to the shoe for increasing a pressure bearing surface.
