<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator having a freezer damper, a refrigeration compartment damper, an evaporator fan, and a heating heater, wherein the freezer damper is closed, the refrigeration compartment damper is opened, and the evaporator fan is driven, thereby properly controlling the time required for defrosting when defrosting an evaporator using a heat quantity of food stored in a refrigeration compartment. <P>SOLUTION: The output of the heating heater is regulated on the basis of the amount of food stored in the refrigeration compartment, and thereby the defrosting time of the evaporator is regulated properly. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
