PURPOSE: A multilayer printing method capable of easily manufacturing high quality prints and a print manufactured by the method are provided to prevent print defect even when cross mark is used. CONSTITUTION: A multilayer printing method comprises the following steps: preparing original material to be printed; forming 1 degree colored cross mark(50-1) in the 1 degree printing; by assuming one of the 2 or higher degrees prints(50-2) as n degree print, forming n degree colored cross mark which is overlapped with the 1 degree colored cross mark in n degree printing; forming a separate n degree cross mark which is not overlapped with the 1 degree cross mark; and forming n+1 degree colored cross mark to be overlapped with the separate n degree cross mark when n+1 or higher degree is printed.
