PURPOSE:To provide less expensive refrigerator having a less number of cold air duct fixing parts and not requiring any duct in a vegetable chamber by a method wherein a temperature adjusting device, a partition part and a front partition part are installed, an inner surface of each of the chambers is provided with a jig for receiving a foaming pressure and an external jig for receiving a surface of the outer box, thereafter a foam thermal insulating material is filled. CONSTITUTION:A freezing chamber 6 and the first chamber 7 are divided by a thermal insulating partition 5. A front partition 8 defines an opening at a front part between the first chamber 7 and the second chamber 9. A partition plate 10 forms a floor surface of the first chamber 7 and defines the first chamber 7 and the second chamber 9. A front partition 13 defines an opening between the second chamber 9 and the third chamber 14 at a front side. An inner jig 31 is inserted and set along a contour of an inner wall of an inner box 3 from a front side into the inner box 3. An outer jig 32 is also disposed at an outer circumference of the outer box 2 and foam thermal insulation material is fed and foamed between the outer box 2 and the inner box 1. Before filling and foaming the thermal insulating material, temperature adjusting devices 20 are arranged at an inside surface of each of the first, second and third chambers 7, 9 and 14, thereby air passages connecting these three chambers are made integral to enable a fixing of the temperature adjusting device forming the third duct to be simply carried out and then a less-expensive refrigerator can be provided. |
