<p>PURPOSE: An NDCAAT(navigation data compression algorithm assessment tool) design is provided to analyze, evaluate, and compare process data algorithms for compressing navigation data. CONSTITUTION: A location information is recorded in a file in a fixed cycle by using a GPS(global positioning system) and a network apparatus. The file compresses data and stores a compression result by applying a compression algorithm to the data. The performance of the compressed data is analyzed. An original data is created when location information is measured.
