The rotor (1) has several plates (9) that are stacked together to form a cylindrical structure having an axial bore (2). An upper section (11), a lower section (12) and a middle section (13) of cylindrical structure are formed by set of upper plates, set of lower plates and set of middle plates respectively. Each plate is connected with adjacent plate using clutch adjusting sections (15,21). The clutch adjusting section (15) is arranged at smaller radial distance from a central axis (3), and clutch adjusting section (21) is arranged at larger radial distance from central axis. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) motor; and (2) method for draining oil from rotor.
