<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diaphragm valve which does not cause the leakage of liquid all the time from a gap between the diaphragm valve and an opening edge of an outer pipe at a double-pipe irrespective of a time when low liquid-pressure is applied to the diaphragm valve or a time when high liquid-pressure is applied thereto in a nozzle switching valve device, and the nozzle switching valve device. <P>SOLUTION: The nozzle switching valve device 1 comprises: a body casing 2 having a first passage 20; a rotating head 3; a valve body 9; the diaphragm valve 11 which seals a valve seat 26A being an opening edge of an inner pipe 26 of the double-pipe 2B so as to be openable and closable, and blocks the first passage 20 and a second passage 28; a pressing part 19 which elastically energizes the diaphragm valve 11 and presses it to the valve seat 26A; and a valve support member 14 which grips a part 11C to be gripped of the diaphragm valve 11 and supports it.
