The switch parameter values of the pneumatic ball valve are set through the instrument of the control box, and the parameter values are related to the degree of vacuum in the container. After the degree of vacuum reaches a certain value, the signal of the negative pressure vacuum meter is transmitted to the instrument, the pneumatic ball valve is automatically opened and closed, and the powder is automatically sucked into the container. The device can reduce manual interference, avoid slurry backflow, evacuation and other phenomena caused by inaccurate manual operations, reduce labor intensity and powder loss, and improve production efficiency and product quality.
