A base station, a terminal, a system and a method for data transmitting in time-division duplex (TDD)system, said method comprises: a base station transmits uplink scheduling authorization signaling to a terminal on a carrier m; after receiving uplink data transmitted on a carrier n by a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) from said terminal,said base station transmits ACK/NACK feedback signaling corresponding to PUSCH to said terminal on the carrier m, said m?n; the timing between a sub-frame of uplink scheduling authorization signaling and/or ACK/NACK feedback signaling sent by said base station and a sub-frame of said PUSCH is the same to that between uplink configuration and downlink configuration of said carrier m or n corresponding to hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ).Application of said technical solution can enable the inter carrier scheduling by utilizing the timing of HARQ, the function of EICIC, and maintain a lower complexity of an equipment.
