<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency in smoothly and surely changing a reciprocating stream into unidirectional rotation while reducing waste of the reciprocating stream of a water stream or an air stream when changing from outgoing stream to incoming stream or changing from incoming stream to outgoing stream. <P>SOLUTION: A lever is mounted by extending upward a shaft of valves 5 mounted at both sides of a rotating body 3 with a blade 2 put into a duct 1 or a pipe in such a manner that the valves 5 and the lever are overlapped when watched from upside, and the valves 5 at both the sides and the lever are moved to opposite sides, respectively. A pull spring is hung on the levers and its opposite side is hung on a hook mounted in the duct 1 or the pipe. When there is no reciprocating stream, the valves 5 come to near the midpoint between a stopper 7 and the center of the duct 1 or the pipe. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
