<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-reflecting plate which maintains the heat reflectance even if it is used for a long time in a carburizing atmosphere or oxidative atmosphere and in a carburizing atmospheric furnace heated to a high temperature, contributes to energy saving and is relatively low cost. <P>SOLUTION: The heat-reflecting plate for a carburizing atmospheric furnace is formed from a nickel-based alloy super heat resistant alloy having heat reflectance of 50% or more.
