PROVIDING SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PERFORMING HANDOFF UNDER THE CONSIDERATION OF USER CHARACTERISTIC IN BROADBAND MOBILE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

A handoff implementing method considering user characteristic and a system providing the same for compensating the mobility of a mobile subscriber terminal in wideband mobile system are provided to perform handoff in a service type desired by a user by performing handoff in a section crossing various network. A mobile subscriber terminal(40) performs a base station(400) and communications with a corresponding domain. The base station comprises an input unit(410), an output unit(412), a searcher(414) and a controller(416). The input unit receives the parametric information from the mobile subscriber terminal. The parametric information is the information about the QoS to which the user of the movement subscriber terminal wants. The connectable network is searched in the domain if the parameter information is received from the inputting unit.
