<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stereoscopic display apparatus for performing stereoscopic display from right- and left-eye images obtained in radiographic image capturing, wherein an observer points out and designates a position including a depth direction both on a stereoscopic display and on a planar display and radiographic image diagnosis can be executed on the basis of the pointing-out and designation. <P>SOLUTION: The display apparatus includes: an image display means 12 capable of displaying planar images of at least one of the right-eye image and the left-eye image as planar displays 24L, 24R together with the stereoscopic display 22; display selecting means 16, 26 for selecting any one of the stereoscopic display 22 and the planar displays 24L, 24R; and a position pointing means 26 capable of being operated on the selected stereoscopic display and to be interlockingly operated on them. In the apparatus, the position pointing means 16, 26 include depth changing means 16, 16S, 26 for changing the depth thereof in the stereoscopic display 22.
