<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the visual inspection of the insertion dimension of a corrugated tube inserted into a protector to be conducted from the exterior. <P>SOLUTION: A protector includes a wiring harness through passage enclosed by a body and a lid. Engagement ribs are provided in a zone of the body, which ranges from a tip opening to a position fulfilling a required dimension, so as to be arranged parallel to each other and protrude from a body inner surface for sandwiching and fixing an insertion part of a corrugated tube fitting onto the wiring harness. Further, a visual inspection hole is provided in the lid for allowing an operator to visually check the interior of the protector. The visual inspection hole is provided at a position that allows the operator to visually check a tip of the corrugated tube if the insertion dimension of the corrugated tube from the tip opening of the body is in the tolerance range of the set dimension. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
