The seat has a base with a built-in spillplate (20) for transporting children to occupy a raising position and a low retracted position inside a housing formed in the base of the seat. The built-in spillplate comprises a tray (21) covered with a cushion (24). A rear seat cushion (14) is positioned on the built-in spillplate. An elastic connection element (50) connects the tray of the spillplate to a seat structure, where the elastic connection element is designed as a textile element and includes a recess. The elastic connection element is made of elastane fiber e.g. lycra(RTM: stretch fiber).
