PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system that can identify whether a hydrogen-deficient state is a fully-deficient state or a partially-deficient state when a fuel circulation system is applied.
SOLUTION: In a fuel circulation type fuel cell system, a hydrogen concentration distribution in a hydrogen discharge manifold 17 is obtained from detection values of plural hydrogen concentration sensors 181 disposed in the hydrogen discharge manifold 17, and a hydrogen-deficient state in a fuel cell is diagnosed on the basis of the hydrogen concentration distribution. Specifically, when the average value Savg of the detection values of the respective hydrogen concentration sensors 181 is not more than a predetermined average reference concentration Y1, a fully-deficient state is identified. When the average value Savg of the detection values of the respective hydrogen concentration sensors 181 is higher than the average reference concentration Y1 and at least one of the detection values of the respective hydrogen concentration sensors 181 is not more than a partial reference concentration Y2, a partially-deficient state is identified.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
