<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form an uneven pattern of soft impression where the whole is softly made without damaging the texture of the surface material, when the uneven pattern is formed on the surface of the sheet material that laminates the polyurethane foam and the surface material, and to further obtain necessary peel strength between the surface material and the polyurethane foam. <P>SOLUTION: The sheet material 1 to which the surface material 3 and the polyurethane foam 2 are accumulated is formed by forming a surface material 3 that accumulates polyurethane foam 5 that can be flame laminated, for instance a backside of the skin material 4 of the synthetic leather, the artificial leather, and the knit fabric etc., while forming an uneven shape of a prescribed pattern to the surface of polyurethane foam 2 with an arbitrary means, making a portion of the surface melted by applying the flame to the polyurethane foam side 5 of the surface material 3, and making the uneven surface of this molten surface and polyurethane foam 2 fit and pass between a pair of rollers 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
