PURPOSE: An active gurney flap is provided to improve the rigidity of a flap through partial reinforcement and to freely bend an actuator without generating torsion or undulation on a surface of a blade in order to allow the movement of the flap. CONSTITUTION: An active gurney flap comprises an actuator(100) and a flexible body. The flexible body comprises a downward subordinate flap. The downward subordinate flap moves to an air current in a pressure lateral surface of a blade and moves out of the air current.
