PURPOSE: A system for processing a local area wireless network label tag and a method thereof are provided to perform converting and encoding operations in one process. CONSTITUTION: A label material supplying unit(110) of a label converting device(100) divides a label sheet into a front side label and a back side label. An inlay attaching unit(120) attaches a near field communication inlay to the divided front side label. An adhering unit(150) adheres to the back side label and the front side label. A sensor recognizing unit(210) of a label encoding device detects an encoding mark in a tag chip of the inlay. A writing unit(220) encodes information in the tag chip.
