<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ferrite material capable of remarkably improving the temperature characteristics of initial permeability by reducing magnetic anisotropy constant itself to suppress the effect of the magnetic anisotropy constant on the initial permeability and an inductor element. <P>SOLUTION: The ferrite material is a Ni-Zn-Cu based ferrite material containing 43-50.5 mol% Fe<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>, 10-48 mol% NiO, 0-34 mol% ZnO and 0-17 mol% CuO as a basic composition and contains 0.1-7.0 mol% In<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
