<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope apparatus which includes an insertion part to be inserted into the body and then to irradiate an internal observation site with special light, wherein when a light guiding part for guiding the special light from a light source is removed from the insertion part, excitation light emitted from an output end of the light guiding part can be prevented from entering a human eye to give a trauma. <P>SOLUTION: The endoscope apparatus includes: an insertion part which is inserted into the body to irradiate an internal observation site with special light and then receive the light emitted from the observation site by radiating the special light; and a light guidance part which is optically connected with the insertion part to guide the special light emitted from a light source to the insertion part, wherein a diffusion part is prepared at the output end of the light guiding part to diffuse the special light guided by the light guiding part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
