PURPOSE: A bowl-shaped structure, a manufacturing method thereof, and a bowl array are provided to form a template having a hole by rubbing particle and to manufactures a bowl-shaped structure by using the template so that the bowl-shaped structure manufactures a bowl array being regularly arranged at a constant interval through a simple process. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a bowl-shaped structure comprises next steps. First and second base materials in which an alignment layer of particles is formed are touched so that the alignment layer of the particles are transferred to the second base material(S2). The alignment layer of the particles being transferred on the second base material is coated with a thin film forming material so that a particle-thin film composite is formed(S3). The particles are exposed by eliminating a part of the thin film forming material so that a template having a hole is formed(S4). The template is eliminated after coating a first material on a surface of the hole so that a bowl-shaped structure is formed(S6).
