<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve downsizing of a spectroscopic sensor and an angle limiting filter, and also to improve the surface flatness of the angle limiting filter. <P>SOLUTION: An angle limiting filter includes: a first light-shielding layer which includes a first light-shielding material and which has a first opening provided therein; a second light-shielding layer which includes a second light-shielding material and which is located in a region surrounding the first light-shielding layer; a third light-shielding layer which includes the first light-shielding material, which has a second opening provided therein so as to be at least partially overlapped with the first opening, and which is located above the first light-shielding layer; and a fourth light-shielding layer which includes the second light-shielding material and which is located in a region surrounding the third light-shielding layer and is located above the second light-shielding layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
