PURPOSE: An acacia tree natural fermentation method using soil is provided to prevent the crack and twisting of an acacia tree by storing the acacia tree in a cool place. CONSTITUTION: A hole is dug in soil(S10). The unpeeled acacia tree is cut into a constant size. The acacia tree is loaded in the hole(S20). Water is poured into the hole(S30). After the hole is covered with the soil, the acacia tree is preserved for a certain period of time(S40). After the soil is eliminated, the bark of the acacia tree is peeled(S50). The peeled acacia tree is stored in a cool place(S60).
