<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a cost resulting from the enlargement of a paper feeding device, a fan and the power consumption of the fan since there are necessity for forming an installation space of the fan when a constitution for performing the dehumidification of the paper feeding device makes heat circulate, and necessity for increasing the number of the fans according to widths of wide-width rolled paper and a sheet, for example, when using the wide-width rolled paper and the sheet, and installing another fan larger in wind volume than that of the addtionally-installed fan. <P>SOLUTION: The paper feeding device comprises: a storage 100 which accommodates a medium P; a cover 200 which covers the upper part of the storage 100; and a heating means 300 which heats the inside of the storage 100 so that the inside of the storage may be kept at a temperature within a preset range, and makes humidity in the storage 100 bring about a favorable image at the medium P.
