PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve inconsistency in a device when performing OS migration from a physical machine to a virtual machine.

SOLUTION: A migration program causes a computer to execute processing to transfer memory contents of an operating system to another computer connected with the computer via a network by using identification information of a virtual device possessed by a virtual machine operating in the other computer to generate redundant configuration of a physical device used by the operating system of the computer and the virtual device possessing the identification information.
