摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secondary battery condition detection device that can accurately detect SOC regardless of the type and individual difference of a secondary battery. <P>SOLUTION: A secondary battery condition detection device 1 for detecting the condition of a secondary battery 14 comprises: storage means (RAM10c) that stores information showing the correspondence between an internal resistance ratio expressing the internal resistance of the secondary battery 14 at an arbitrary point of time in ratio to the internal resistance at a standard charged state of the secondary battery and a relative SOC obtained by the ratio between the remaining capacity and the fully charged capacity of the secondary battery; detection means (a voltage sensor 11, a current sensor 12) for detecting the internal resistance of the secondary battery; and identification means (CPU10a) that obtains the internal resistance ratio based on the internal resistance detected by the detection means and identifies the relative SOC based on the information showing the correspondence, which is stored in the storage means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
