PURPOSE: A high density multi-layer interconnection part for a print head is provided to enable to multiply the resolution of conductive passages or traces so that higher transducer density can be possible. CONSTITUTION: A method for forming an ink-jet print head is as follows. A plurality of piezoelectric elements(20) is attached on a diaphragm(36). A gap layer(50) is formed in between adjacent piezoelectric elements. A plurality of patterned traces is formed on the gap layer to be electrically contact to the piezoelectric elements. Each trace is electrically joined to the each piezoelectric element. A transmissibility passivation layer is formed on the traces.
