The module has a metal frame, a base, left side facades, right side facades (30), a front facade (50) with an entrance door, a rear window facade and a roof element (40). The base, facades and the roof element are made of a structure comprising a layer of projected phenolic resin with embedded electrical ducts. A utility shaft passes through the module from bottom to top, and enables interconnection with other two modules arranged beneath and above the module. The roof element is realized from panels made of phenol and a light structure comprising an aluminum screen and a glass fiber layer. The frame is made of extruded polyester resin. An independent claim is also included for a method realizing panels for facade of a prefabricated module.
