PURPOSE: A skewered food manufacturing device minimizing the failure rate is provided to automatically insert a skewer stick to the exact location on food to be skewered. CONSTITUTION: A skewered food manufacturing device comprises the following: a jig body including a mounting groove(112) formed into various shapes of food ingredients for mounting the food ingredients; a stick supplying unit(120) supplying a skewer stick to a food insertion location; a stick insertion unit(130) inserting the skewer stick into the food ingredients through a stick insertion hole on the jig body; a pressurizing body(141) pressurizing the food ingredient skewered to the stick from the upper side; an upward/downward transfer unit(140) combined to the upper side of the pressurizing body; a stick storage unit(121) for storing the skewer stick; a stick transfer body(123) transferring the skewer stick by the operation of a stick transfer cylinder; a stick support body installed on the upper side of the stick storage unit; a support guide protrusion located on the stick insertion direction; and a stick grip body and a stick pressing body for inserting the stick to the food ingredients. |
