PURPOSE: A PCB(Printed Circuit Board) punching apparatus is provided to precisely punch an FPCB(Flexible Printed Circuit Board) by moving a lower die directly to the underside of an upper die. CONSTITUTION: A PCB punching apparatus comprises a base material supply unit which supplies a base material(P) to a lower die(220) and a punching unit(200). The punching unit comprises an upper die, the lower die, and a first lifting unit which moves the upper die up and down, and the punching unit punches the base material supplied from the base material supply unit. The lower die is repetitively moved between the underside of the base material supply unit and the underside of the upper die to receive the base material and wait for punching work.
