PURPOSE: A skin care method for improving skin condition is provided to enhance collagen and albumin concentration in blood. CONSTITUTION: A skin care method improves skin condition by complex diet of 1-2 g of collagen and 45 ml of 6-7%(W/V) of vinegar. The skin condition improvement includes increase of collagen, albumin, and ferritin concentration in blood.
