PROTON CONDUCTIVE POLYMER AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a proton conductive polymer which is used as an electrolyte membrane for PEFC operating under the conditions of a medium temperature region and low humidification, and a method for producing the same.

SOLUTION: It has been found that the two kinds of functional groups of a sulfonic acid group and a phosphonic acid group are introduced into a polymer skeleton of polyether sulfone or polyether ether ketone, thus an electrolyte membrane showing excellent proton conducting performance can be obtained even under higher temperature-lower humidification conditions than the conventional PEFC operation conditions dependent on the humidification of gas.
