PURPOSE: A safety chamber of an air purge having an opening/closing function for a line pipe is provided to close a line pipe without separating a line pipe connector when testing an air leakage of the line pipe and to enlarge a space for a head central shaft. CONSTITUTION: A safety chamber of an air purge having comprises a cylindrical body(10), a head(20), a second check valve, a cover(30), a disc holder, a first joining hole, a first connecting tube, a first check valve, a stop valve(60), a second joining hole, a second connection tube, a line pipe connector(40), a tester connection hole, and a plug stopper(50). The cylindrical body is joined to the purge pipe and a work chamber in which a float is inserted is formed in the inside of the cylindrical body. The head is joined to the top of the work chamber and comprises a main pipe penetrating a central shaft. The lower part of the main pipe is formed into a second check valve holder. The second check valve is inserted into the second check valve holder, thereby opening/closing the main pipe by being selectively lifting by the float and gravity. The cover is joined to the top of the head, thereby forming a gap chamber in the top of the head. The disc holder is formed in eccentricity out of center.
